Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered! So if something is not right please follow these directions to make a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. If you are planning to return or exchange an item, please the details of the return or exchange to orders@freethenations.com. 

Once your purchased is returned to Free the Nations, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Once credited, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. We'll email you once we've received and processed your return or exchange. Also, please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

Unfortunately because of the nature of many of our product lines, we are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded.
